When I am traveling to different places, I am always a big fan of night outs. My friend was describing where you can eat a dinner or lunch. I wanted to show you what you can do in the night and what you really have to see.
Enjoy!
I prepared for you a little price list, that you can be 100% sure where do you want to go.

Pub u Szkota
Chlebnicka 9/12
$$
This is one of the oldest pubs in the Tri-City. Any type of alcohol is served there, but whiskey deserves special attention, as you can find any type of alcohol there. It is even worth going inside for the view itself, because the interior is quite impressive. It has been maintained in the old style with an emphasis on the culture of Scotland. Ceilings, for example, are upholstered with wood . You can also see chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The interior is red, and bartenders wear kilt-like aprons.

This is the only place that kind in the whole Gdańsk, where you can only get alcohol in shots. The pub’s offer is so special that you have countless number of them in unique colors. Here are the most interesting of them: the flag of France, burning (literally strawberry) or watermelon. Occasionally special shots appears in the pub. In the last holiday- Andrzejki, from the shot that you get, you could foretell your future husband
The Old Gdansk Beer-Pub & Caffe
Piwna 56/57

This pub will be an ideal place for people looking for calm and peace in the crowded old town. It is located in a very beautiful house. It is especially nice there in summer, when the garden is also open. The owner has her own band, so you can often hear live concerts there.
Jägspot
Świętego Ducha 14b

This is an unusual cocktail bar in which the only alcohol you can choose is Jägermeister liqueur. Don’t worry, the bartenders prepare drinks in a such creative way, so really everyone can find something for themselves. The pub has a very pleasant interior, especially visible in the evening. Illuminated Jägermeister bottles stand on the wall, surrounding the room with green light.
Pijalnia Wódki i Piwa
Długi Targ 35/38B

This pub is a time machine. If you miss the times of the PRL, you can go back there for a while. You will find every alcohol there, but what’s more, they have a lot of snacks as well, in the old school style. The menu includes: tartare, herring in oil, gzik or sour soup.
Cybermachina Gdańsk
Okopowa 7
$
This is an unusual place where you will find delicious drinks and many more. This is a great place for game lovers. Inside you will find board games, consoles and much more. Particularly noteworthy is the iconic game “Mario”, thanks to which you can feel like children again. It is a great alternative for a night out for people who may be not feeling like for typical clubbing and drinking. As the pub owners write, it is a place “from players, for players”.
GOLDWASSER | Restauracja Gdańsk | Sklep Goldwasser
Długie Pobrzeże 22
$$
This is not a pub, but I think they deserve attention due to the cuisine and the unique drink, which is the legendary goldenwasser liqueur. The menu has Polish cuisine to offer, so if you have never tried it, it is worth doing there because of the quality and taste of the dishes prepared. Another very similar plus will be the opportunity to try or even buy a bottled goldwasser liqueur.
Goldwasser liqueur – translated from German: (gold water), Danziger Goldwasser (gold water from Gdańsk)
According to the original recipe, it was based on twenty and twenty oriental herbs and spices, including rosemary, juniper, cloves, cinnamon, lavender, anise, cardamom, turmeric, coriander, and thyme. A characteristic feature of this drink are fine flakes of 22 or 23 carat gold, which are dispersed in this alcohol. Lovers of the drink were, among others, the Russian King Peter I, King Louis XIV of France and Queen of Russia Catherine the Great. The drink was mentioned in the epic of Pan Tadeusz Adam Mickiewicz.
See you soon in Gdańsk!
