Oliwa Park Adam Mickiewicz

The most famous park in Gdańsk is the Oliwa Park Adam Mickiewicz. Initially, this historic park was a monastery garden founded by the Cistercian order. After Jacek Rybiński has taken the Oliwa Abbey in 1740, the reconstruction of the park began. The baroque part of the park was then created, today called the French part, the so-called old palace was created in the 15th century, and the park has taken the final shape known to us today.

A whisper cave

The name of the caves comes from their acoustic properties – they amplify the sound, thanks to which it is possible for people in opposite shells to communicate.

Japanese-style botanical garden

Apartments are available for sale in the park, for which the average price per square meter is PLN 14,000.

The Oliwa Park

The Oliwa Park makes a stunning impression in summer, when masses of Gdańsk residents organize picnics in the park, enjoying the beauty and greenery of the park.

President Ronald Reagan Park

Ronald Reagan Park is the largest of the parks of Gdańsk – its area is over 62 hectares. Most of the park is covered by numerous glades and recreational paths. The park’s biggest attraction is that it is located next to the Baltic Sea, thanks to which after passing through the park we are greeted by a sandy beach and beautiful sea.

Kuzniczki Park

Kuzniczki Park is a historic park from the 16th century located in the heart of the Wrzeszcz district. Hard times for this park came along with the expansion of the nearby brewery and train station, which caused the area of the park to decrease rapidly. The biggest crisis came in the early 1960s, when the park grew thicket, it was completely littered and the benches and main gate were devastated. Finally, the time has come for the park. The park has been renovated in recent years. The benches and the historic gazebo have been revitalized, the residual rubbish removed and lighting installed.
